We have a specialized approach for dealing with clay soil with stones, a common but challenging material in the construction industry. Instead of taking clay soil to a permanent storage place, which is not really sustainable, we have a method to recycle and reuse this soil.

Our process begins with carefully removing large stones and demolition debris from the clay soil to make it suitable for further processing.

Next, a specific spreading agent (lime/cement) is distributed using a crawler spreader. This is followed by mixing with a tractor using a soil stabilizer. This improves the properties of the soil, making it easier to handle and compact.

The treated soil is excavated and then passes through a mobile screening machine. This separates secondary raw materials, consisting of foreign materials, stones, and prepared soil. Stones are recycled into secondary raw materials (Top-Mix).

The result of this process is soil that can be used in various applications, such as road construction and railway construction.
