Our approach is always in compliance with the Flemish soil remediation decree, with a strong emphasis on the safety of both our employees and the environment. Each project is tackled with expertise and appropriate equipment, focusing on efficiency.

Our way of working is as follows:

  1. Preliminary investigation: A thorough analysis and risk assessment to determine the extent and nature of the contamination.
  2. Remediation plan: Based on the preliminary investigation, a remediation plan is drawn up, taking into account local environmental legislation and the specific requirements of the site.
  3. Execution: The contaminated soil is excavated.
  4. Processing of contaminated soil: The processing techniques of biological or physicochemical cleaning take place at our own processing facilities, Top-Mix and Top-Mix Recycling. For other processing techniques (thermal cleaning and landfill), you can always contact us.
  5. Monitoring: During and after the remediation, the site is monitored to ensure the effectiveness of the remediation and to ensure that no residual contamination remains.
  6. Reconstruction: After the remediation, the site can be restored with the aim of returning it to its original state or preparing it for new developments.
