Verhelst Aannemingen recently received the Achilles care system certificate. Great news, because thanks to the Achilles care system, the construction company is allowed to carry out soil remediation projects.

Earlier this year, Verhelst Aannemingen, part of Verhelst Group, took the logical step of leveraging its expertise and knowledge as an official soil remediation contractor. We joined the OVB: the Entrepreneur Association of Soil Remediation Contractors vzw, and had our upcoming soil remediation works audited.
Verhelst Aannemingen received a positive evaluation and is now an Achilles care system certified soil remediation contractor. "We are very pleased with this," says Verhelst Group. Soil remediation projects actively contribute to improving the environment by investigating, excavating, and transporting contaminated soil to soil processing centers. Here they have the appropriate techniques and installations to clean and process the soil.
And there's more: in addition to the Achilles care system certificate, Verhelst Aannemingen recently also obtained the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificate for its quality and environmental management system. This means we meet customer requirements by delivering quality while minimizing the impact of our activities on the (living) environment.
