Verhelst Aannemingen, part of Verhelst Group, ensured the careful demolition of the VIVES university college (formerly the Catholic University College Bruges-Ostend KHBO) while preserving the historical facade on the seawall. This facade will later be integrated into the apartment buildings to be developed on the site in the coming years.
