Following the demolition of the stables and part of the stands of the former Sterrebeek racecourse, Verhelst Aannemingen, part of Verhelst Group, realized an internationally recognized Championship Course golf course with 18 holes on the 65 ha site. The construction of buffers and water features were also part of the assignment.
