Verhelst Aannemingen was responsible for the redevelopment of the Duinbergenlaan in Knokke. In 2017, an initial project was already carried out here, and now we have completed a complex renovation of the sewer network. Since the connection between the station and the dyke is located right in the tourist area, the biggest challenge was to minimize disruption for both residents and tourists as much as possible. Therefore, the project was divided into different phases, with work halted during holiday periods. The sewer under the tram tracks was even laid at night so the tram could run again on Monday.
